This Privacy Policy describes how Crypto Bell ("the app", "we", "our") handles your information when you use our Android application. We are committed to protecting your privacy and being transparent about what data we collect and why.

2. What Data We Collect

Data you provide directly

• Display name — the first name you enter during onboarding. Stored locally on your device only, never transmitted to our servers.
• Price alert settings — the coins, target prices, and notification preferences you configure. Stored locally on your device only.
• Telegram bot token — if you optionally configure Telegram notifications, your bot token is stored locally on your device and used solely to send alert messages through your own Telegram bot. We never store or transmit your token to our own servers.

Data collected automatically

• Price data — Crypto Bell fetches real-time cryptocurrency price data from Binance and MEXC public APIs. No personal information is sent in these requests.

Data collected by third parties

• Google AdMob — Crypto Bell displays banner advertisements served by Google AdMob. AdMob may collect device identifiers, IP address, and usage data to serve relevant ads. This is governed by Google's Privacy Policy. You can opt out of personalized ads in your device settings under Google → Ads → Opt out of Ads Personalization.

• We do not collect your name, email address, or any account information
• We do not collect your location
• We do not track your behavior across apps or websites
• We do not sell any data to third parties
• We do not use analytics SDKs (no Firebase Analytics, no Mixpanel, no Amplitude)
• We do not require account registration

5. Data Storage and Security

All personal data (display name, alert settings, Telegram token) is stored exclusively on your device using Android's local storage (Room database and SharedPreferences). This data is:

• Never transmitted to our servers (we have no servers)
• Removed when you use "Delete all alerts" in Settings
• Not automatically deleted when you uninstall the app, because it is stored in a shared local database that may also be used by related apps on your device

6. Your Rights Under GDPR

As a user in the European Union (including Romania), you have the following rights:

• Right of access — you can view all your data directly in the app (Settings screen)
• Right to erasure — use "Delete all alerts" in Settings to remove all your data, or uninstall the app
• Right to rectification — you can change your display name and alert settings at any time in the app
• Right to object — you can disable personalized ads in your Android device settings
• Right to lodge a complaint — you may contact the Romanian data protection authority (ANSPDCP) at www.dataprotection.ro

7. Children's Privacy

Crypto Bell is not directed at children under 13 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided personal information through the app, please contact us at kr33ator@gmail.com and we will take steps to delete it.
